At Dream Cricket Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't a perfect match, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. All returned equipment must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the cricket equipment in its original packaging, ensuring bats are padded and apparel still has all original tags attached.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
